            11/2020 ***** from Top to Bottom chimney services *********************************************************************************** by ********** was paid $675 cash to replace 3 fireplace -firebox walls in a 23 year old fireplace that was still perfectly usable.The material used crumbled and the cement cracked within 3 weeks of work after carefully following their 48 hour waiting period and then building low heat fires the first weeks use.I have text communications with company acknowledging the issue that was reported within three weeks of job. They came one time to inspect, left without doing anything including not sweeping chimney or replacing chimney cap which was promised would be done. After being patient with weather excuses, the birth of a child they had, more weather delays , then winter came, NOTHING was ever done and our repeated calls and messages remain ignored/unreturned.

            Avoid like the plague. Absolute worst chimney company on Long Island. Did an atrocious hack job. I have all the evidence to prove it. The owner Steve C********* then promised me a refund which turned out to be a lie. He gave me a bad check that he knew would not clear (which is bank fraud by the way) and then blocked my number and ghosted me. Unlicensed as well but fraudulently claims to be licensed on their contract.
