    We leased a 2020 ***** equinox. The vehicle has been back to the dealership 4 times already for the same issue. We purchased wifi through on-star and have had nothing but issues connecting to the wifi and Bluetooth in the vehicle. At times you can't connect to wifi as the network can't be found other times it working fine and suddenly drops off. Bluetooth does not always work. I can't tell you how many times I have had to pull over from driving and turn the car off and then on in hopes of getting connected to the wifi. You could be using waze for navigation and suddenly a robotic voice will start giving the direction. You could be connected to the wifi and nothing works navigation or other devices connected to the wifi. The on-star folks suggested the dealer reach out to them to trouble shoot the issue and they have not done this even though I made that suggestion to them.Out of frustration I have notified GM directly and at this point they say there is nothing they could do if the dealership can't replicate the problem. Really don't understand why the dealer ship New Rochelle Chevelot won't work with on-star to correct the problem or try a new radio with a new wifi card in it. I don't think this was too much to ask for. GM corporate says they can't force the dealership to do this.I have no one else to turn to so I thought I would register this complaint with you.

    I leases a Chevey Equinox on 8/8/23 2 weeks later the car broke down on me ist of all ****** my sales person never told me that 2023 car was used it had ***** miles when I leased it 2 weeks later it broke down i. The middle of the street got towed into ****** **** said he would find out what the problem was and never got back to me drove up to the shop because everyone was avoiding me via phone, just to find out the fuel pump burst on a 2023 car! they don't even have a loaner I'm paying out of pocket for a rental until i get refunded by GM which i was told could take up to month one lie after another worse buying experience yet and a manager is never available I want my mony back or a new car I have no faith in these people. I've had 3 prior leases and NOT one has given me mechnical issues so I thought this would be the same even though it is a Chevey boy was I wrong. We are proteceted by the lemon law I'm filing a complint with the *** and the office of the atterney general!
