              I am the beneficiary of a trust with *************** in ********** that uses ********************************************* to prepare the tax info I need to be able to file my personal taxes by the mandatory April 15th deadline. This is the 2nd year I have struggled to get that information. I didn't receive the info this year until 5 p.m. on the 14th of April. *************** says the fault lies with *********************************************. I contacted ********************************************* several times seeking a resolution, only to be hung up on by the receptionist ( *******?). I am trying to ensure this debacle doesn't occur again going forward, so would appreciate a response from Ernst and Young. If they feel this is not their fault, I need to know that. Thank you.

              Ernst & Young LLP UP Compliance Dallas, Tx This company is a sham. I have been waiting since January 1, 2022 for a check from Direct Energy for $173.61 that they are representing. I have been calling since March of 2022 and I have gotten no response except being blown off. I have been told every time that it is being escalated and I should see it soon. NOTHING????? I just called again after being told on 11/21 by ***** that he would call me back and to call back in 5 days if I don’t hear from him. I didn’t and this time I talked to ***** and again excuses. This is ridiculous. I think this company should be held up as a scam .
