              I have tried contacting Horizon Trust by phone on numerous occasions and have not had the courtesy of a return phone call. I have left messages, asked for a return call and sent emails to persons employed there to no avail. I have been trying for the last month to connect with someone in order to close out my account and have the funds returned to me. They are not responding to any of my requests.
