            I placed a refill for my prescriptions 6 weeks before my RX expired. I went into the pharmacy a few weeks later to inquire if they were ready. I was told “no, they’re in the process”. I then placed a 2nd order for the RX and waited. I called several times (with a wait time on hold 30-45 min each time). I was continually told they weren’t ready. I finally received a call a week or so ago with a voicemail saying they were ready for pickup. I knew I couldn’t get down to Albuquerque for another 2 weeks so I notified them the date I would be down and to please hold them for me. I’ve now been told, when I called to confirm they would be there when I drove down to pick them up the following day, that they didn’t have them. Now they’re telling me I need to have my doctor send in a new prescription. I want the meds I ordered well in advance of my expiration date. I do not want to waste my doctor’s time, or my money, since she charges me each time she calls in a refill for me.

            The absolute worst business I've ever done business with. In the several years I've been using them as a compounding pharmacy, they have only TWICE filled my order correctly. Pretty scary, considering it's a pharmacy, dispensing medicine for people's health. They either don't fill your prescription, fill the wrong amount, or hold it on the shelf for weeks waiting for you to pick it up when you explicitly requested it be sent. This is just a few of the s**** *** on their part. They're also impossible to reach by phone, and almost never answer emails. When you call, it's a minimum of a 30 min wait time, and then when you get to position 1 or 2 in the queue, the system hangs up on you. It makes me wonder if what they're compounding really is what it's supposed to be.
