I was charged a 150 deposit fee when applying at the apartments we were approved upon that we asked to add a guarantor. They sent the email link to the wrong address and did not correct it until days later. When the guarantor had received the email finally they said the apartment was given to someone else and we would not receive our refund because our guarantor did not fill the application out within 48 hours but we were never given the opportunity to fill it out within the 48 hours and they refused to connect me with higher management and I have heard nothing back from corporate. The attachment below is the date I asked to add the guarantor and a screenshot of the forwarded email application from the guarantor when we received it far past the 48hours. I also have a phone record of the multiple times I called trying to get ahold of them to get the proper email which were never returned . I also have a voice-mail where the employee back tracked and said I wouldn't be getting my refund (they weren't sure) with 0 explanation after they had called previously saying I would get my deposit back.
