              I called the company to see about removing an animal from my chimney. The gentlemen came out and said it would be ****** for the job. He told me to pay up front and I naively wrote him a check for the job. The same day o called the company and spoke to a woman working there that told me she would cancel the appointment. I assumed that they would not cash the check especially if I found someone else to do the job. I just checked my account and he cashed the check for ******. I want to report it and I want my money back from this company. I called the woman today August 22nd and she said there is nothing she can do. I have witnessed that they never came and that my husbands friend was the one to help me resolve the problem. Yes lease help me reporting this fraud and assist me in receiving my money back.

              Arrived within the given timeframe. Very professional and friendly. Inspection done at 12 PM problem resolved by 2:30 PM. Had a hornets nest at my front door and my son being allergic to bees it was necessary to have it removed ASAP. Definitely would use again
