      Samsung did it again!! My stove broke on 4/3, and when I submitted a ticket, the earliest they could come was Friday, 4/5. I then checked my breaker box and noticed the stove breaker was not on fully. I turned the breaker on, and the stove turned back on. The countertop displayed F0, so I called support, and a Samsung technician wanted to access my camera to troubleshoot the problem. They sent me a text saying, "Samsung Visual Support." He accessed my camera and asked me to turn on the stove and bake at 350 degrees. The stove did heat up, so then the technician asked me to put a pot on all the burners. When I did that, it gave an error message. The technician realized the problem was a bad circuit board on the countertop. He told me he would update the ticket for the tech that would fix the problem on 4/5.  Today, 4/5, the tech came in and said, "I do not have the part; the ticket just shows that the stove was not powering on. I will have to order the part; it should take 5 to 6 business days." He says it's not my fault. So I call Samsung and complain, and they respond that we cannot do anything about the stove until the tech responds to the report. Now my family is left without a working stove that we purchased in December. All I want is my credit back from this stove. I don't want to deal with this company any longer.       My 82 year old mother's five year old Samsung refrigerator kept having issues with the door water dispenser, it would work when it wanted. an hour a day if lucky. She called for repair paid $140 they said she needed a part. For the second visit they charged her $243. The next day not only was the water dispenser not working but her freezer stopped working and all her food spoiled and she had to throw it out. She called for them to come back and repair and they wanted more money. She asked them why she would pay for a freezer repair tthat hey broke and they would not return the money she had paid. Needless to say their customer service is terrible or non existent. We will never buy another Samsung anything. Terrible experience! Great to know you they like taking advantage of their customers. I would give them ZERO star review if it was possible, they don't reserve more than that.
