Brought my truck in for a frame replacement and they broke my intermediate shaft and tried telling me it was like that or possibly normal wear. ***** was babied since day 1 and only had ****** miles on it the mechanic had no clue how to disable a truck. They wanted to charge me **** to replace it, I did it myself for 300. DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HEREReview from Jennifer W

Last week when the weather was cold my trucks malfunction lamp lit up on my dashboard and my dashboard also said no AWD and Trax. I did not want to drive the vehicle to the dealership so I had it towed to the dealership. Once it arrived at the dealership I contracted them they told me it would be looked at the next morning and they would call me once they ran a diagnostic on the vehicle. Dealership never called me that next morning so I contacted them late afternoon they told me the truck is still hooked up running the diagnostic and they would call me back. Two hours later they send me a text saying I need 6 fuel injectors replaced and a helmet gasket replaced. Mind u the truck only has ****** miles on it I never have any problems with it and I get maintenance done when it needs it. So cost was approximately $2,200.00 to fix. So I decided to not have the work done which Im glad I didnt because this dealership is fraud nothing was wrong with my truck! Same day I have the truck towed once again to an auto body in my town. ******** informed that the dealership reset the code and there was a glitch in the system. Mechanic ran diagnostic for 2 hours and road tested it and no malfunction light or anything was lit up on my dashboard. Crystal Auto Mall in ********** ** I will never ever do business with you ever again. To scam a customer in which I financed this same vehicle two years ago with your dealership should be ashamed of yourselves! Right afterChristmas holiday trying to steal my money! You dealership needs to start hiring people who know what the heck they are doing and not fraud people out of thousands of dollars!
