            I took my cat emergently to Mt. Laurel animal hospital on Sunday afternoon of Sept 18. The vet mishandled the treatment case and my cat was admitted to the *** with no treatment for 5 hours by which time my cat had become very sick and had to be euthanized at 3am. The vet was negligent and disregarded what I relayed to her about the cats symptoms observed at home. I made her aware that I am a medical professional and had a proficient understanding of what I thought the cat was experiencing and repeatedly requested she approach his sudden illness with certain tests which would have clarified what treatments he needed to which she seemed to disregard. He emergently needed antibiotics. I am absolutely disgusted over what happened and would like the vet bill expense refunded to me in it's entirety in addition to, remediation education for the vet who clearly did not understand the medical case which is a fairly common occurrence in the feline population. She took no steps to get treatment started while he was admitted therefore losing valuable time to prevent the illness and subsequent death.

            Exceptional place. Have been going there for 24 years with various pets. Yes, having a pet is expensive today regardless the vet, which is something you need to know BEFORE you bring home that adorable little puppy or kitten. Only vet hospital affiliated with ******************* in the area. It IS a large facility with many vets and specialities AND a 24 hour Emergency hospital. You may prefer a smaller vet facility, but I love having the one place that knows our pets regardless what they need.
