On 3/21/23 this company was sent to repair a slow bathroom drain by my home warranty company. The young plumber that they sent struggled with the drain and eventually broke the pipes due to excessive force. He kept going back to his truck for larger and larger equipment and you could tell he was frustrated/angry with cursing and loud pounding. He finally came back on 05/4/23 to repair after having us submit a home warranty claim to fix the leak. The home warranty approved $*** for repairs. On 05/03/23 I indicated to the receptionist that we would not pay any extra out of pocket since the damage was caused by him. She stated that they don't guarantee their work but stated that she would discuss the situation with him prior to his arrival. On 05/04 he arrived at our home and completed the repairs without any discussion of payment and no estimate up front, so I assumed that they had decided not to charge. While cutting out the drain pipe, he hit the active water line and flooded the bathroom and our basement because he hadn't turned off the water supply. Prior to the work, I signed an authorization to proceed with work and it listed that my insurance (warranty) would pay. After completing the work, I signed an invoice with no charges listed and he left. I assumed that since the invoice didn't have any charges and he didn't ask for payment that there would be no charge (except for what was covered by the home warranty). He sat in our driveway for a while and then left. Later that day we found an invoice for $****** in our mail box, filled out after he left our home and after I had signed it. He had made alterations to the invoice AFTER I had signed it and had not communicated any of those changes to me. He also added a second blank page to the invoice (without my signature) stating "homeowner responsible for what insurance doesn't cover". Changing invoices after signature is fraud, and placing non-mail items in a mailbox is a federal crime.

I have a whole home warranty service with Choice Home Warranty. My kitchen drain started running slow so I placed by first claim. They called Two Men and a Snake. The plumber was out the next day, at the time they said he would arrive, and lickety-split, that drain was clear as could be. Cleaned up, too (better than I left it). Friendly employee. Took a look at another plumbing problem I have for no charge. I'm getting bids on that work but will strongly consider them. Highly recommend.
