I bought personalized beaded cake cutting sets from Wedding Favours Unlimited and they came quickly and in perfect condition. They were beautifully packaged in a nice box and made beautiful gifts for 3 couples who were getting married 3 years ago. I've been looking for this retailer lately to buy another 3 sets for weddings happening this year and I am disappointed that I cannot find their link. I hope to be able to find their business and place my order with them again soon!Review from Nicole M

I never leave bad reviews ever and I am telling you AVOID buying from this company at all costs!! I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. Hands down one of the worst companies ever, still debating if it is complete SCAM!Review from Diane E

They stink.....there is no customer service because they don't answer emails, don't answer phones, don't answer chat which is really just a remote message center that is never answered. Why they are in business is beyond me. We ordered favors for our school prom, now the *** is out the money and prom is in 2 weeks and we have no favors. Nice work, jerks. Zero stars is your rating, wouldn't let me do that so you got a one which is still too high.Review from Daniel G

As I was following up with an unanswered email I had sent the week before, I decided to use their chat support option to connect with the team. I wanted to follow up on an order that was already late on its delivery date. What they said was: "Unfortunately, your order was not forwarded to our warehouse due to some technical issues. We are extremely sorry for noticing this late. Please let me know if you still wish to proceed with the order so we can manually process it."I asked if they could expedite the shipping, as we were leaving to our destination wedding within a week, to which they responded:"Processing of the order takes 3-5 business days. The soonest delivery will be late next week."There was no option available to expedite the processing or to provide a priority shipping after their clerical/technical inefficiency. I can just assume their support and warehouse are all outsourced, which meant having no control over the operations in their business model. This is not what you want for a service in the wedding industry.Review from Tomacina G

I bought 226 wine glasses from this company and spent $650.00. When the wine glasses arrived I opened the box to look at the wine glasses and the personalized item started to come easily just by holding it. I've email the company for over a week, with numerous emails and no response. I asked for refund through their website and no response. I've tried calling for two days every hour on the hour and no response. Their phone hours states 7-3:30 central time but no-one picks up. I want my money back for terrible product. Please don't order from this company. It's a horrible experience.
