I purchased a item on weddingfavorsunlimited.com the order number is *********** ******. I paid shipping fee and also tax on the 45 wedding favors.I also had a 10% discount I found on line. When I received the Art Deco Natural Heart Glass Bottle Stopper they looked so cheap to give my guests at my daughters wedding. First of all they said a heart and you would think it would be a nice thick heart it was flat. On one side it was the Art Deco which was in the picture but on the other side was painted white. Does not even match . They never showed the back of the heart on the website and If they did I would of never have ordered them. When I wanted to send them back and try to find something else I would Have to pay shipping to the them and they would credit my account only 91.13. They will not credit me the shipping of 18.82 or the sales tax of 7.20 on this item. Is that legal to keep the tax money when I did not even keep the product.They would not work with me for another purchase. I can't see how you can give them a A+ when the customer service is horrific . I am very very upset and would not want any other person to have to deal with something like this.
