              I purchased a Electric trailer dolleyPO# *******, from Northern Tool, on or about January 5-15, 2024. The product is defective and will not operate or function properly as it should. I called Northern tool and was advised since it was after 30 days I need to contact the manufacturer of the product. I then called the manufacturer number which was provided by Northern Tool, but the manufacturer then directed me to another number. No customer should have to deal with the manufacturer after purchasing a product from a retail store. The price of the item I purchased was $899

              Ordered a Milwaukee speaker for my son's birthday, it advertised that it was eligible for a free battery. Once the package arrived it did not have the battery with it. I called customer service and was told that that item did not qualify for the free battery. There was no attempt to make this right, it was just a sorry you can return it if you want. It was completely false advertising and should have been held to what was stated on the website.
