Complaint I was sold a suv that is leaking oil. it was towed back to there car lot within 10 hours of me having it. I bought a 2006 Nissan murano on 09-07-16. It was test drove twice and was fine no leaks or nothing. within the first 30 minutes of me pulling off the car lot it was smoking and leaking oil, it smelled like it was on fire. I contact the salesman **** that sold me the car. he stated for me to have it towed the next morning back to the shop but for me to make sure I did not tell the tow trucker it was leaking oil, he stated just tell them you don't know what's wrong with it..... well the vehicle was towed there and I was called that evening and told they just spilled oil when changing it I was fine to come pick it up. I went and picked it up the next evening and had the same problem oil leaking it was taking back, this happened 3 times my suv is still leaking oil I have message from me and them where I am being called a liar, I have pictures, they seen it for there self leaking. 3 times and not fixed they refuse to give back my 2,000 dollar down payment or to replace the vehicle with something else. they used the term LMAO and others I have all the proof. Today I was told it could be fixed but im paying for it. I bought a warranty that is supposed to cover that. I just hate knowing they ripped me off and lied to me. Be ware of this scam I wish I could upload the way I was talked to and the pictures.
Desired Settlement I expect them to do the right thing refund my 2,000 dollars. Since they can not fix it. I have took it or either had it towed to them 3 times already. I even have there car salesman in a text message and recording stating it is leaking oil, and he is so sorry. do the right thing ** and ****.
