Totally unreliable company I call on Saturday July 1 2023 to schedule a repair for my air conditioning system. They told me they could be here on July 4, 2023 between 9:00am and 1:00 pm. After calling them three times starting around 1:15pm, 2:00pm, then 3:15 pm they never called back or tried to re schedule. They have no regard for the customers time or inconvenience. They should be renamed Con-Job heating and air conditioning.

I had my yearly air conditioner maintenance service done on today. There were no issues found during the ** check. The company technician was professional and very informative on air purifier along with surge protector for my ac unit. Conway Service is the company to call for all my HV**.
