In July, 2021 a contract was signed with ADGC to build an attached garage to my home. The plan called for the back of the garage to be flush with the back of the house so the existing guttering could be tied in to it and extended to the other side of garage. But in error it was not done that way and they ended up having to replace the entire gutter across the back of garage and house. After a short time a portion of the gutter (on my house, not garage, that was perfectly fine) sagged leaving a large gap where birds have created nest. Rain fills the gutter at this low area and spills over behind my air conditioner which can eventually cause the pad on which the AC sits to become unlevel. The garage was completed in January 2022. I first noticed the problem and notified Arviile in April. After numerous promises from Arville to fix their mistake, they never showed up. I've been left with a problem that should have never been created. This problem could be causing additional issues with moisture in the roof or even mildew in walls. In addition, the siding on the one side of the garage is coming off. Concrete has cracked also. I know they don't guarantee their concrete work. Now I know why.
