A.D. General Contracting did a great job for us. We started with a extended roof over our deck with they did a fantastic job on. We then had them do a 16x12 sunroom and L- shaped deck off the sunroom, it looks amazing! Arville and his crew were great to work with even when we made a few changes.Absolutely would recommend! We had a garage built and an addition to our aggregate driveway completed about 5 years ago. The driveway in one area that was added has deteriorated to almost just rocks. The original driveway and other sections that were added do not have this same problem. We have called twice and have been told someone would come out and a look at it. We only guarantee concrete for one year as per the contract states, that the Homeowner signed, We cannot guarantee concrete because of what is put on the roads during winter weather. Road salts and other chemicals that are put on the roads during winter to melt ice and snow, Will tear up concrete. We recommend that a sealer be put on driveways, or concrete to help protect concrete. That is why We cannot guarantee concrete but One year. We state this in our Contract. I am wondering why when my husband called twice he was not told there was not guarantee after one year. He was told someone would be out to look at it.
