I purchased a GE 30 in 5.0 cu. GAS Range stainless steel with griddle on 2/24/23 for a total of $739.88 The GE Range was delivered on 3/2/23... The 3rd. time that I used the oven it would not work. So I called the manufacturers service they said that they could not be able to come out for 2 weeks. When the technician came out to fix my oven he said that he could not disconnect the stove he was not licensed for gas. So I disconnected the oven for him and wondered why they didn't send the proper technician for gas Range to properly fix it. He looked at the sematic an called his company I counted 3 times after putting the oven back told me it was unable to be fixed and need to be replaced. He was going to talk to his supervisor and get back in touch with me. THEY TRIED for 3 weeks to swap the unit out but because of it was a gas appliance they could not find the right gas technician to do the job even though I agreed to pay $150.00 to have a company install and remove the old oven. Month later I agreed to get a total refund that they agreed to. Since then I have made many phone calls about my refund and have been told 2 times that I have to wait 3 days before they can send the check out to the warehouse so that they can pick up the oven and give me a refund. Once they total me that they sent my refund to someone in New York. Today was another 3 day wait and still I have not heard nothing.
