We ordered a Trade show frame with Ace Exhibits in **** and since then we keep ordering new graphics and it was working smoothly. in **** **** we ordered new graphics which were offered with free shipping. We explained to them that the product should be delivered with us before Friday 24th Sep 2021 and Branden Ivy confirmed that it will be delivered by 22nd Sept. Unfortunately, they never told me that I need to sign to receive and even their shipping company never placed any info notice. The problem starts - when they failed to deliver and we have to exhibit in our conference without these new graphics. After the event, we asked them to refund our money, and after a few arguments, they refunded us. Here is the problem: Now they do not want to print new graphics for us. Since we paid more than $1000 for the frame which is custom to them, and only they can print the graphics. I tried reaching out to them multiple times to get new graphics but they refused to answer or reply to of my emails. This is bad policy, Delay was at their end, their shipping company did not fulfill their duty to put info notice, and now I am left with this frame which cannot be used without new graphics. We have two options a) They can refund my frame cost and send me a shipping label so that we can return their frame. b) or print graphics for us as a new order and fulfill them with quality work. Overall bad customer service/sales support.
