Had OPEX Communications as my long distance carrier for 8 years, rates were low than Aug 24th of 2023 unable to make long distance calls, called my local phone co they checked connection stated it was being forwarded to OPEX carrier same as normal, talked with OPEX several times going back and forth still nothing Sept 14th called OPEX told them thanks but since they were unable to fix issues i was canceling service with them and i found a another carrier for long distance, **** came on sept 28th paid same, oct 26 received a another bill from them for $2.90 service fee no calls, paid it Nov 28th still getting billed called OPEX again talked with rep. she transfer call to supervisor, was disconnected, called again was going to transfer to supervisor again well was told supervisor was helping a another customer left message was told i receive call back in 15 mins 4 hrs ********* call, i called again or so sorry will transfer me to supervisor guess what got answering machine, left message, still no return call, sent E-mail to customer service as posted on bill, received Sorry (we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. Unable to deliver message after multiple retries, giving up), tried calling again was transfer to supervisor again, guess what answering machine again left 3rd message, if thing are going ok things are good but if needing to stop service forget it they don't want to talk at all and just keep billing you a minimum monthly service fee with taxes.
