*Drain Kings quoted $200 to rotor rooter my yard drain. *1/07/22, they said my 4" standard drain was too small for their rotors (this is a lie). *They quoted me $500 to have the drain hydrojetted & claimed it wasn't working. *They'd come back with a camera on 1/09 to check the blockage. *AM 1/09/22 I hear the sound of machinery in my yard & find they have demolished my concrete outside my backyard gate & tell me I need new pipe from the drain in the backyard to the street. They had dug up my front yard & plants as well. They started a job I did not authorize! I had received no price, no contract & no invoice. *The boss told me it will cost me $**** to do the entire job & that I have "no choice". I tell him I can't afford it. *I texted boss that night to tell him that I don't want the job done. I put signs on my gate & front door to ask them to not work. *I had texted the boss about doing the job from the gate to the end of my land instead & no cutting the sidewalk & asked for a price. I received no reply so I assumed no more work would be done. *AM, 1/10/22, they were working on the job AGAIN. He had laid 20' of pipe from the gate to the end of my land & told me that he'd just replace that, but the job was almost completed WITHOUT my permission! *I asked the boss why he did the job without permission, a price, or invoice, & a work agreement. *Later on 1/10/22, an invoice was sent via email for $****! I couldn't afford that esp for only 20' of pipe! The invoice date of 1/07/22 is FALSE! I called his office & said I can't afford it. *The boss come to my door & told me to "Pay up!" I told him I didn't have the money & he should have not started work without my permission, a contract signed or a plan. I told him I would send him a check for $**** that matched the price of other plumbers online. *The boss said he'd put a lien on my property & put me in collections. *On 1/18 he cashed my check & said he was filing a lien on my property & sending me to collections.
