We are writing to address the concerns you have raised about our moving business. We want to assure you that we take all customer feedback seriously and are committed to providing a high level of service.
Our records indicate that on the day of your move, we arrived and were greeted by a representative named *****. The original estimate from Trinity ********** was for 65 items, however, upon completion of the move, we had transported a total of 71 items. Due to the distance between the storage unit and the truck, additional long carry fees were incurred, which resulted in a total cost of $1,922.67. Additionally, we provided a $300.00 discount for your materials.
We understand that there were already damages to some of the items, and that most of the other items were packed by you, the customer. As per the standard insurance you opted for, we provide coverage of $0.60 per pound per article. We have also provided you with the necessary information to make a claim in case you require it.
Regarding the delivery of your items, you had requested delivery on or after 4/12/23, and we delivered them on 4/21/23, which is the standard delivery time from ********** to *******. We did not hold your items hostage, and we made every effort to ensure that your move was completed in a timely and professional manner.
