I filed a complaint with the "third party" that the moving company provided. However, there are many issues. 1, the "third party" is not a third party. It is part of "air 1 moving & storage". Several of my items have arrived damaged, images are attached. I'm subject to at least .60 per 1 dollar of reimbursement. They also did not deliver two of my items 1. a movie screen and 2. a large 40lb tote box with duvets and blankets etc. I was also rushed upon delivery of my items and was not allowed to review anything in full before the driver left and was forced to sign papers! My entertainment center arrived broken and was damaged beyond belief. They are not honoring the reimbursement allotment for this either. I provided links to all of the inventory items that need to be replaced/reimbursed for. They dismissed all of those links and supporting documentation and removed them from my claim. They are trying to claim that it was not provided to them. All of these items combined were worth well over 1K, but I'm only asking for 600 dollars so that I can repurchase a new entertainment center and new bedding.
