    I bought a motorcycle from this company on 05/14/2022, I paid $999 for gap insurance, and $2199 extended warranty for of three years, a total of $3198 The bike was totaled out on 03/29.2023, my insurance paid the loan off, but then warned me about the dealership owing me a return of unused months for these warranties. This is where the problem begins. $3198 for three years breaks down to $88 a month, i had the bike for eleven months before it was totaled. 25 months remain on the contract. 88x25 = $2220 left over. ******* sent me a check for $1214. I emailed warranty sales ********************************* regarding this on 06/02/2023 she tells me I need a termination of benefits letter and a pay off letter from allstate. I provided the docs on 06/06, she responded and said that was all she needed, then I didn't hear back. I proceeded to contact ********* numerous times via phone ********** with no response. Her response was 3 months later on Sept 14th 2023, she said "I requested a breakdown of the Aegis cancelation quote from our administration department. Most likely I will receive it first thing tomorrow morning, as soon as I do I will forward to you."I emailed her again Sept 16th. No response. I emailed her and called again on Sept 21, 2023, bringing up their 1 star review on BBB and all of a sudden a new "manager" ***** emails me back telling me they're waiting to hear back from the extended warranty company. He provided the breakdown for the $1214 payment but not the gap coverage. I responded with "it looks like the entire check is missing, and that the $1214 check that I was sent in return is short" The breakdown does not explain the $1k missing. No response back.I emailed ***** again on 09/27/2023, that its been over a week. on 10/03/2023 the manager writes back blaming the process on ************** needing proof of pay off. Which I sent them on 06/06/2023.This company has no problem selling you useless warranties, I want the $1k difference returned.

    Horrible customer service ,I put a deposit on a machine I was interested in that didnt work out. I have been waiting to be refunded my security deposit for over a month now , I tried their supervisor and other sales rep and nothing. The interesting thing is when I ask for it back they never reply but when In the beginning when I was interested they would reply immediately. Refund my deposit De amo.
