            I purchased a "real" gold chain on Oct 13 from this company on Amazon. I received it on time, and although it seemed a little cheap for it to be $170, it was a hassle to return it to the company and it was birthday gift and it was needed right away. I gave it as a gift and the recipient put the chain on Oct 28th. By Nov 27th the chain was already broken. I contacted the company and they said it was a result of normal wear and tear. I sent a picture and explained the person hadn't even worn it for 30 days. How could that be normal wear and tear? They said people have to be gentle with their gold. I would think for that price it would last longer than a month, and real 10k gold isn't soft enough ro break that easily. They refused to fix or refund.

            Please stay away from this fraudulent company !!!!!!! I purchased a herringbone necklace from them 5mm 10k gold . When I received the necklace it was damaged I contacted Nuragold to let them know and I sent it back to them then I wrote to them off **** I asked if I can do a upgrade and what price difference would I have to pay . They ended up sending me an invoice via my email with the amount of the price difference to pay . I paid the difference and when I received the upgrade it arrived damaged as well ! Immediately I thought Scam!!!! I sent it back to them then contacted **** for a refund Nuragold instantly refunded me because it was purchased on **** and they have the money back guarantee ! But they still have not refunded me the money back I paid for the upgrade with the invoice they sent to my email and keep telling me that they are going to process the payment . Please Beware Of This Company!!!!!!!They are complete SCAMMERS !!!!!!!!
