            BBB opened an investigation into this firm due to the number of inquiries we have received. According to BBB files, consumers allege not receiving the purchases they paid for. Furthermore, consumers allege not being able to get a response with the details of their orders or refunds. On March 8, 2023 the BBB contacted the company regarding our concerns about the amount and pattern of complaints we have received, unfortunately, the BBB did not receive a response.

            We placed an order on 3/15/22 for an "incline mat" (gymnastics mat). We have not to this date received the product. We were first answered by customer service that due to COVID there were delays in the material being available to produce the product, and that it would arrive. **************** has not responded via email or phone since. We try periodically. Phone lines ring and then go to voicemail no matter what extension.

            BEWARE! Repeat customer, sadly not getting the same service I received in 2016! Took my money instantly 1 month ago and now will not return my calls or emails. I have not received the art proof claimed I would in 3-5 days. I want my money or product!!!
