I am very disappointed with this Pal fire protection service after being on ***************** for 17 years they have coming to my salon every year check my fire extinguisher and charge $25. Last year they came in it was $80 off. The service has not changed. Dont know why the prices change so much?

Good afternoon ****,We have provided you with excellent servic3 for years! This year the service was done in April of 2023! And due to the condition of the extinguisher, this year we had to replace the capsule entirely for you and hence the higher pricing, which was discussed and approved at the time with the store manager in charge. We do not replace anything if we have not got the ok with someone in charge! Also, as we have attempted to reach you by email and by phone over 12 times in the past 7 months to handle the payment with no luck, a portion of the additional fees are also a small late fee that has been added due to no response from you and therefore the higher pricing. Also, material and service costs had gone up slightly in the past 2 years, along with every other consumable!****, we ALWAYS make sure our customers are happy and taken care of in the best way possible. However, I do appreciate you reaching us directly and if there are issues or concerns, that we could resolve this for you as well. This is why we have had 5 star rating for years with everyone we work with and we do not want to leave anyone unsatisfied.
