This business is an senior apartment complex. My aunt rented a unit from them for over 10 years. When the management changed, the seniors' social activities were revoked or restricted. Further, the new manager has a relationship with a "care giver" who is isolating her "clients." This relationship is evident by the lack of action taken on the part of management*******when the "care giver"**** *********isolates her "clients" from friends and family. Specifically, ******************************* adopted aunt was diagnosed ******************** *****her niece by marriage who had been handling all finances for the time that our Aunt ****** was therewas convinced to hire **** as a caregiver. ***** and ****** had already enrolled in hospice. Shortly before being hired, **** bad-mouthed and lied about ******'s housekeeper **** who had also been her son's friend and house mate. So **** was fired and no longer came to visit and clean house and do laundry. Shortly after being hired, **** started to bad mouth and tell lies to ****** about her family and friends convincing ****** not to see any of us. **** changed ******'s bank account so that **** became a co-signer, she also changed the lock on her door, changed phone numbers, and would not allow any visitors. **** also dismissed ******* and refused ****** being taken to the hospital when she developed open sores. ****** died this morning, alone. We, her family and friends, would like to see that this does not happen to another family.
