      Booking # 6J4J6T I booked a cruise through Cruises Studio with Princess Cruises on Oct 1, 2023 for sailing date Feb 18, 2024. We booked our airfare on Nov 29, 2023 to Europe for our cruise. When we were in *****, we received a cruise cancellation email from Princess cruise on Feb 14, 2024 four days before the set sail date. I could not get through contacting Princess during that time for questions related to the email. Submitted 2 claims: 1. Round trip airfare$1,461.80 refund. Submitted claim on Feb 15 and received a refund check in the exact amount of $1,461.80 first week in April. 2. Feb 18 & 19 hotel and personal expenses refund submitted on Feb 25. $624.67 in US dollar 2 nights hotel stay, $406.90 in euros personal expenses On April 14, I contacted Princess customer service to find out status of my second claim. ******* told me I needed to talk to my travel agent since the cruise was booked by TA. I said my TA did not book the hotel and he has no information. But insisted me to contact my TA. I emailed my TA regarding this and he said he did not understand why Princess does not handle for this type of claim directly with the customer but he would find out for me. On April 15, my TA sent me an email and said Princess told him the refund check of $1,461.80 I received is for everything from my claims, hotel, expenses, and flight cancellation fees. First, I did not file a claim for flight cancellation fees. My claim for flight tickets of $1,461.80 was settled and paid by Princess. I feel like Princess does not want to pay a dollar more to me. So made up the $1,461.80 is for all my claims. Princess also told me TA that they will not reimburse for our round trip plane tickets since we booked the tickets our own. I am speechless from this point on. I feel like I am not being treated fairly. I need help to ask Princess to refund us the hotel and expenses for Feb 18 & 19. The promises on the cancellation email arent being honored!

      I'm very disappointed with the customer service and how your treated as a customer. I got charges on my folio for food that I thought was included in a Premium package. I was also charged improperly for a package by princess that I was told was one price and then charged at a higher price on my credit card. I was lied to and when I tried to get it refunded, I was told it was going to take 3 plus weeks to get it refunded despite the charge being deducted from my credit card immediately. I requested a folio online and over the phone three times. I never recieved one that I requested online so I called in on 4/5/24 and it takes supposively 5-10 buisness days to recieve it. I called again today and I was told it might be emailed to me by 4/19/24. Why can't it be mailed to us right after the cruise so we can see the charges to our credit card. Why do we have to go through so many hoops to get a reciept. I've heard from other family members who went on a cruise with us that there were charges to their folio that were incorrect and fraudulent. That to me shows how shady Princess cruises can be delaying folios and receipts so people either give up or just accept whatever charges are being charged to their accounts/credit cards. I don't trust Princess cruises or ever want to sail with them again. They are dishonest, their customer service is awful, and they take their time with getting you refunds or anything in a timely manner in attempt to defraud you. Do not Cruise with them. There are so many other cruise lines that I hope are more reputable.
