              Business said that they would send me my tickets and I already had made plans to give the ticket to my friend. They sent the tickets to the wrong address and I do not want to go to will call to get them. I would rather like a return instead of dealing with will call and waiting until then to get my tickets. They also failed to state on their page that they were sending through *** and *** does not take PO Box addresses (the one I used) and they did not tell me otherwise or advise me against it. They also didnt ask me if I wanted to change my address as well.

              I want to address a concerning issue regarding my tickets for the Born and Raised music festival in *****, **. For the past three years, I've consistently purchased tickets with the same seat allocation. I even put down a deposit for my fourth year, ensuring I'd retain those same seats. However, it seems my tickets were sold to someone else, despite having a special code for those specific seats. This has led to two seat changes, both to inferior locations.I urgently need this situation rectified. It's extremely frustrating to be told that the issue can't be corrected. Frankly, I'm outraged by this situation, and if it isn't resolved promptly, I'll have no choice but to seek legal counsel. Please reach out to me as soon as possible to discuss how we can resolve this matter. Thank you, *******************
