I came here today after my surgery and vomitted all day. The front desk told me it would be a 45-1 hour wait. I filled out the document and gave it to another front receptionist (her name is ******, an African American lady around her mid *****s) she didnt acknowledge me and all after she says I need your ****** replied I already gave it to you. She snapped at me and said Im not talking to YOU, Im talking to *****.After waiting around 45 mins, since I was felt nauseous. I told ******, Im going to wait outside since I need some air. How many people are ahead of me? So I know when to come back in. She says 2.Which is fine. So I come back in after sometime and I go up and say i was just wondering, how many people are ahead of me now?I was outside waiting and just came back in. She starts yelling at me MADAM, EVERYONE HAS TO WAIT THERE ARE PLENTLY OF PEOPLE AHEAD OF YOU thats when she pushed my button. I said to her ALL, IM ASKING HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE AHEAD OF ME SO I KNOW I DIDNT LOSE MY SPOT. ITS A SIMPLE QUESTION YOU DONT HAVE TO TALK TO ME LIKE THAT, I WAITED A HOUR ALREADY AND JUST WANTED TO KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE AHEAD OF ME then she goes ballistic. SUPER rude! I TOLD HER DONT TALK TO ME LIKE THAT, IM A PATIENT. She then goes YOU DONT TALK TO ME LIKE THAT, IM AN EMPLOYEE.Absolutely APPALLING! We come here obviously we need urgent care and are undergoing health issues. I literally just got out of surgery and been vomiting 7/8 times.Patients are under pain & requires hospitality. If you are not patient, empathic, or respectful, find another a job. Its obviously you are NOT the right FIT for this job. Her attitude, behavior, was incredibly rude. No customer service and constantly just talks back. A sick patient is NOT FOR YOU TO BE YELLED AT. Rehire new front desk receptionist, she look miserable and dont want to be there. I NEVER said I wasnt going to wait. Ive been so patient, I waited a hour +
