    terrible experience with Porsche ****** creek manager for service department, he refused to give me proof of the car in the shop for 35+ days. All i asked for was the truth. And then he threatens me to pick my car up or he will charge me storage fees. All this wasnt an issue before I asked for proof.he could easily write the repairs by his dealership was finished on 10/31 and for 35+ days there was no approval of body shop repair from ********************.If he just gave that in writing, all would be fine and I could file a lemon case, but no.I want porsche ****** creek to give me in writing the truth of what has happened since they have had my car and an apology letter. My car is still unfixed and at Porsche ******************** now after a lot of arguing to get it fixed

    TRASH! Sold me a 2018 Audi S5 with the check engine light on the dash, water pump leaking, oil filter housing leaking, brakes worn almost completely! HIGHWAY ROBERRY. Vehicle didnt even turn on the day it was transported to me. Lied told me (battery died on transport) Definantly need guidance on how to proceed lawfully against these crooks during this nightmare since I obtained it!! *** was replaced under warranty after FIGHTING them and spending 500$ in a rental since no loaner was avaliable aparently, the dealership they sent me too nearest me(****************** **) who are another franchised whos under their Penske umbrella who they apointed me to go there about the *** and care needing to be jumped to be put into my posession. Contacted ******************* imedediately and he sent me to the nearest Audi at first to pay diagnoatic fees so see what was wrong. After fighting to speak to someone else the sales manager apointed me to the ****************** with no apointment nothing concrete. When I show up there they didnt have a clueeee what I was talking about nor really showed interest or care so they pushed me out the door several times before fixing the issue under warranty!! Baffling how these people do this and think its okay to mess with peoples livelyhoods! Decraceful GM and Sales Manager didnt do anything about their piece of Trash they sold me! Failing to be held accountable for what theyve done illegally! I could NOT register the vehicle in the state I live in due to the mechanical failures!! Pure garbage! Horrific expirience I wish no one goes to either one of those dealerships to purchase a vehicle!!!!

    Sold ************** a car in July on 2023 in ********.  We are located in **********.  The car was inspected and operating as well when it left the dealership via transport.  When car arrived he indicated there were some issues.  We connected him with a dealership we have a relationship with to inspect the car.  We are unaware that they were unable to repair car.  This was from August of last year.
