            I was low-balled on a trade-in and told that my car could not be retailed because of an accident reported on the CARFAX. There were no mechanical issues with the vehicle whatsoever. The salesperson, *********************, told me that the vehicle could not be retailed and would go to auction because an accident was reported on the CARFAX. The day after I submitted a favorable review of the dealership via the customer satisfaction survey, they now have my previous vehicle (trade-in) listed for sale on their website at a retail price of $19,998.00. This is not an auction. I would not have traded in the vehicle (had no need to) if it were not for *** telling me that it could not be retailed and would go to auction. This is highly unethical and thus the reason for this complaint.

            While purchasing my E350 I was informed by Fred Horiat in finance that I had to purchase my gap insurance while purchasing the car. I disagreed but Fred assured me I was wrong. I purchased the insurance at over $600.00.
            Later in the day, I discovered that Fred lied to me and contacted Fred. He assured me that the funds would be refunded and the gap insurance purchased through the dealership would be cancelled. Now, many emails and phone calls later, the dealership will not return my calls. THIS HAPPENED IN JUNE OF 2021 And it is now April of 2022.
            I on more than one occasion have spoken to Danny who states he is the general manager. He assured me on more than one occasion that I would get a refund.. now he is also avoiding my calls. THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND ARE LIERS. I am now taking legal action.
