    I recently purchased a **** ******** E420. I was provided with the two original key fobs, but only one was working properly. I went to CalStar Motors to order a replacement key fob and provided CalStar with all of requisite paperwork, including the title and my drivers license. At first, I was told I would have to bring the vehicke in once the key arrived in order to program it, which I agreed to do. A couple weeks later, I was told I would have to bring in the vehicle before the key could even be ordered, which I again agreed to do, but was never given an appointment. Then, after waiting about 2 more weeks, CalStar informed me I could not order a second key fob for my vehicle. CalStar never provided me with any explanation as to why, other than to state that that was what they were told by ******** headquarters. When I asked for a contact name and number at headquarters so I could speak with them directly, CalStar refused to provide me with this information.

    I traveled an hour and a half to see this 2021 ******** E350 that I have been watching online! I came ended up purchasing this certified vehicle and noticed the car smoking from underneath as I was arriving home. I was about ********************************************************************************************* that condition. My immediate thought was to get home safely while driving the vehicle carefully hoping I didnt get stranded or the vehicle turn off on since I kept receiving messages on the dash to turn off engine and oil level low. I immediately called the dealership to advise them of the situation, and I was told to contact them at a later time when their manager was available. I parked the vehicle in my driveway and noticed a big puddle of oil underneath my vehicle on the driveway. I contacted the dealership again and told them what I have noticed and they advised me to go to a nearest ******** **** to check out the problem. My local ********-**** advised me that the vehicle had a busted turbo engine return line that caused the vehicle to leak oil. I then Noticed my whole undercarriage was full of oil and also had a stained driveway. The manager never contacted me contacted me to apologize for the inconvenience. This was such an inconvenience for me as I didnt have a vehicle for a whole week. They did not pay for a rental nor have they reached out to me to compensate for this unfairness they put me through! I will not recommend this dealer. however, my sales guy (*****) was very nice. I just wish they would of done a better job checking this vehicle of any issues before selling it to me!!!
