If I could give 0 stars, I would. ****, who owns &operates Kitchens Only is the only authorized service person for Bosch in our area. Charged me a steep $155 to diagnose that the control board is the reason my dishwasher doesn't work. ***** said they use only their authorized service people to confirm in writing the diagnosis b4 covering the part & eventual install under warranty. **** said he would prepare written diagnosis to give to ***** for proof they needed to order &cover the part under warranty, have them send the part to him. Once he receives part, he would call me to make appoint to install. Almost 3.5 weeks went by w/ no call from ****. I assumed he was waiting for the part to be sent to him. I called him--he said he was "sooo busy, his computer isn't working & I just forgot". He never ordered the part nor sent his written confirmation to Bosch.We had to start from square one! I stayed on the phone w/ **** until he emailed me the needed paperwork, so I myself could send it to ************* the part myself. After spending hours on hold w/ Bosch over weeks, I was able to get to the right person to have them send me the part. Finally, the part comes to me. I call **** to set the appointment for him to install it. I made an appoint. w/ him to install it 1 week ahead of time &he confirmed the appoint. 9ato12pm for the install today Thurs. 5/4/2023. I was worried hed forget or his computer would be broken (again), this is constant throughout my dealings w/ him. He didt know who I was, didnt remember we had an appoint on & on &on! Finally, he showed up. I give him the part to install (per HIS diagnosis, this was the issue). he installs ************ works at all. Now he says it could be something else. But he cant tell me because his computer is broken so he has to drive almost an hour back to his office to figure out what the problem is! This man should not be in this business. He is a waste of the customers ************ should not refer him anymore!
