I purchased an 08 Lexus IS250 back in April of 2022 from East auto and when I bought it I found that it had an oil leak and a gas leak. Was told to have it fixed anywhere I wanted so because it was a Lexus I took it to the dealership. Easy auto only would pay for them to fix the gas leak and may I also say that if it had been through an inspection it would have been found and shouldn’t have even been on the lot to be sold. Had it not been for Lexus we wouldn’t have had anything to drive and was still having to fork out for the $137.84 weekly payment. Fast forward to this year and the car has been nothing but problems. Radiator and thermostat went out. Oil leak is worse and the check engine light is on. I got behind on it by a month and they refused to work with me. As of august they have charged it off on my credit as being returned and don’t even have possession of it. I would advise you to run from this company cause they will take your money and leave you stranded when faced with hard times. The economy we live in today is harder than ever you would think that people would want their money and work with them instead of trying to tear them down.

We appreciate the opportunity to respond. Customer service is very important to us. We perform thorough vehicle inspections before we sell any car, and if cars don’t pass, then we don’t retail them. We have warranty programs included on our vehicles and there are optional service programs in the market for customer peace of mind. We are glad to work with customers who fall behind; but will communicate well and do what they tell us they will do. Repossessing a vehicle is always a last resort for our company. We were in constant communication with this customer for over a year; and worked very hard to work something out with them, but unfortunately not every situation is able to work out. We wish this customer well in their future endeavors.
