              Went into office asked to check tank and fill tank being a new home. They did not check tank just filled with 117 gallons of propane that leaked out into air. At 480$ and no gas. Ferrellgas is responsible for knowingly polluting the air. And nothing happened. I need help I am disabled. Thank you

              I was charged over $200 when I asked them to check for a leak. This is too much. This was a SAFETY issue with no one at fault. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. It took me five phone calls to get someone out to check the leak. After they finally did, they did not inform me that they had tagged my tanks. I came home to no heat and no way to cook. Horrible! On one of the phone calls the customer service person told me that they "did not do anything" as no one was home. I would they certainly did SOMETHING when the cut my tanks off!!
