              I have been receiving the ******* Property Tax Adjustment since 2011 and have always received a fair amount of financial help towards my property taxes. Wells Fargo Mortgage in the past has always reduced my mortgage and sent me a check. They stopped doing this after my mortgage came out of Chapter 13. The past two years ******* has paid **** towards my property taxes. I see no adjustment or reduction in my mortgage since then. WFM sends me to rebate. Where is this money going?

              I got furniture through Ashley home store and for 3 yrs automatic payments. My bank switched over to Wells Fargo for banking and 1 payment was missed by 5 days due to a billing error on wells fargo side. I went into the branch and paid by cash was told the late fee was waived and everything was current. November payment came out no issue. But I kept getting calls about the late fee I paid additional money at the bank Nov and Dec plus the auto payment. Jan 2024 I'm still getting calls because the branch office don't see what my local branch can see with my receipts of payment. And now I can't get anyone to rectify this situation. It's been paid and I keep getting the run around we will call you back this is handled and today my credit report has been docked. And I STILL can not get anyone on the phone. This is not ok .15 calls from myself to get this straight and NOONE CAN ACCEPT the call or get this straight and now it's affecting my credit score. Never do business with Wells Fargo ever! This is exhausting
