            I didnt know that the BBB was an option until recently.I had a book published by Xlibris in May of 2005. I havent received royalties in about a decade. They continue to give me the run around. I have some of the communications via email.Please note that once they agree to pay me what they owe me, I will update my address with them.Any assistance that you can provide would be much appreciated.

            I asked this company to stop calling me. They instead started to call me even more. I have received over 30 calls from this company in the past month and a half. When I did ask them to stop calling me, I could hear what sounded like a coiler room in the background. All I want is for them to leave me alone. I have contacted my phone company, and they said I had enough to show stalking. Later this week I will be going to my local police station and filing stalking charges.

            Our phone records indicate that the reviewer has not had a single phone conversation with us based on the phone number on file. We have tried to call multiple times but her voicemail has always picked up. Our only interaction has been by email or through online chat. Additionally we do not have a record of the reviewer requesting us to remove her from promotional campaigns or to be placed do not call list. However, the account has been set to do not contact as of September 11, 2024. We apologize for any misunderstanding.
