              We purchased glasses for my husband in January. We had to return the glasses 5 times. The first three times the frames had to be replaced as they were defective. The 4th visit we we told the frames were discontinued and they would have to make new glasses with a new frame. It took over 60 days to get the new glasses, after 1 week of wearing the new glasses I had severe headaches and double vision. I took the glasses back on July 3rd and they checked the prescription and told us one of the lens was made wrong and it was actually 60x stronger than it should be. They said the glasses would have to be made again and we should have then back within a week. After 3 weeks I started calling again. They said the glasses were in review and would be delivered to them 1 to 2 days. I waited 1 more week still not hearing from them called again and now they state the glasses have to be remade again. I want a refund to have someone else make them. We have waited since January to get good glas

              Very long wait times 2+ hours every time. Cataract surgery done by ***************, terrible result for one eye 20/40 for the other one paid $2000+ for that eye it has 20/20 guess you have to pay big bucks if you want good vision in both eyes! No change from my eye that has the 20/40 range . Did they even do the surgery on that eye , dont know I was out !
