Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. At Maui Resort Rentals, we hold ourselves to the highest standards and are committed to providing 5-star service to all our valued guests.
We understand that your experience *** have been impacted by the unique and challenging circumstances we currently face. ********* Resort has been supporting the displaced ******* Fire residents, and we are dedicated to assisting both our community and our arriving guests to the best of our abilities.
In response to your specific situation, we offered you several alternative options to accommodate the unforeseen circumstances affecting the room you initially booked. One of the solutions I personally presented to you was a 2BR Deluxe Oceanview room at the Alii Resort. This upgraded option, which is typically priced at three times the rate of your initial booking, was provided with the understanding that there would be no additional cost to you. After consulting with our Director of Sales, we proceeded with the room change based on the mutual agreement that there would be no extra charges.
Our intention was to resolve the matter in a transparent and mutually agreeable manner. We want to assure you that there was no bait and switch involved in this process. We are always committed to open and honest communication with our guests, and we appreciate your understanding of the complexities involved in the current situation in West Maui.
