as soon as the "inspector" (and he's actually a 'technician', not an inspector) got here, he was cusing, "***** GPS!", had to "***** turn around down the road...", "***** missed the road!", etc. he was "*****" throughout his 'inspection'. i was tempted to call his company and complain right then, and wish i had. then he went into the house, took less than 5 minutes, i heard the cabinets open and close, and such noises w/ inspecting, then he came out and told me he found some. i was incredulous! i asked him to show me, and we went in and he showed me the cabinets above and next to the stove, he said he only found them there.. and he shined the light to show the tiny white 'frass'. we went outside and i was in disbelief! but he told me he only found them there in that one cabinet, and i asked what the next step would be, and he said "it's only in that one spot, the cabinets, so it would just be a spot treatment". i said okay, and he walked off to walk around the outside of the house. he came back and told me... "it all looks good, uncle, it's just the cabinets, the rest is good!", then he leaves and his report said he found termites everywhere! under the floors, in the walls and ceiling, he didn't even know i had a propane refrigerator! if he actually inspected, he would have seen the obvious pilot light! his report was a complete lie, because i know what he told me to my face, then he lies in his report. there's "grain bugs" in that cabinet, and the rice kernels they were eating, i count 43 tiny white bug poop, not drifts of "frass". and i never used that cabinet, ever, so all that's there is from over 5 years ago, when this home was rented. i am a 63 year old, 100% disabled army vet with PTSD, and my anxiety, panic attacks, depression, anger, etc, is through the roof because of these liars.
