      ARS reception was very nice and helped me set up a schedule for a free inspection. I A also get text messages for expected time to arrive. The guys came are very nice and friendly. They helped us to fix the problem. Very people and good company. Thanks

      Sewer replacement was painless with ****** and ******. They were very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Great clean up afterwards. It passed inspection immediately!

      Work started in November 2022 and it is now March 2023, the work on our property has yet to be completed. *** convinced ** to contract them for two jobs, one they started in November. Process was, they do the work an inspector comes and close up the hole. A Project Manager came and did an inspection and discovered more work had to be completed, therefore the suggestion to keep the hole open to continue the work. We agreed. It is now March 2023 and there has been no progress and no updates. At some point we were told that the city in which we live in had issues with ************* certificate because they filed the wrong paperwork. We did not find this out until months later after calling, emailing and calling the *** team. Each time we called, the general manager and the project manager happened to either be on vacation, out of the office, sick, or in a meeting. Each time we called we were told by their reception, our GM or PM will call you right back or will call you in 20min. PM also said in a conversation that the situation may need to go up to legal. No one ever called back. At some point we started to gather they were ignoring our calls. The hole *** created is pretty big, and is located right at our doorstep. At one point someone had to come back and cover the hole because it was not covered properly and one of the children almost fell in. Someone came back immediately after we reported that to cover it with a bigger board. To top it all off, MONEY HAS BEEN COLLECTED BY *** for the first job. My understanding of contracts, money will be exchanged once work is completed. IT IS NOT COMPLETED. Not at all not in compliance.The lack of communication from management and the project management team at this location is appalling. How do you start work, not finish and charge almost $8K for incomplete work? WE NO longer want *** to complete the second job and we are not satisfied with the work.

      I was told that they could arrive by 5am, but they actually were here by 7:30am, which turned out to be fine. They were very courteous, communicated well and did spend a lot of time fixing the problems, including some that were not initially stated. Very thorough and explained everything as they worked. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I need to. Both techs were knowledgeable and polite.

      ARS Rescue Rooter works the same **** as carpet cleaners. The $88 Special is just a come on/scam; they say they quote only when seeing the job and then quote a ridiculously high figure 6 times the special and hope you will not negotiate. If you are not present or not somewhat knowledgable about what needs to be done they will also lie to you about the difficulty of doing a straightforward job as rationale for the ridiculously high quote. The solution is to schedule several plumbers sequentially for the same job and either negotiate a reasonable quote or tell them to leave. You can always cancel subsequent appointments.Those giving multiple stars must work for the company.

      Excellent service! Called on a Saturday with a broken water pipe within a couple hours ****** arrived and inspected, gave me a quote to repair. Later that day ******* arrived very professional and repaired broken pipe. This is the second time I've used ARS Rescue Rooter, will not call anyone else Highly recommend!!

      They told me an $88 special. My appointment was canceled the first day came out the next day did not call ahead showed up an hour early and then tried to get me for $488 and then said OK he could do it for $380. This is an easy snake job my brother-in-law has done it many times. What happened to the $88 special?
