      I created 2 events with eventbrite as a business account to offer life coaching. I created my first event on February 24 2024 and the 2nd event on February 27 2024. I had 1 customer sign up for each event, I received the confirmation email that EventBrite received the payment, I offered the services and the client was happy. I was supposed to receive the payment 3 business days later. Instead my account was suspended, I was unable to access customer service or get help because I could not access my account. I received notice that my account had been suspended by email which said to reply if i had questions. I did reply to the email twice and no one responded. EventBrite only allows you to access customer service by logging into your account- which was not accessible. I tried calling the customer service number but I couldn't get through to speak to a real person for 5 days! When I did they directed me to submit a request to reactivate my account. When I was able to access my account I contacted customer service at least 5 times. I spent over 5 hours speaking to customer service people, each telling me different things, usually promising payment but not keeping their word. ******** (payment specialist reached out on March 19 ***************************************************** payment by PayPal. March 21 2024 she emailed me saying the payment had been made to the email I provided. That was a lie because I never received the payment and when I called PayPal there were no pending payments. Today is April 15th and EventBrite never paid me. I emailed ******** multiple times requesting the confirmation number for the payment she issued and I did not receive a reply. I provided 2 events as promised ($200 per event) and EventBrite owes me payment which is long over due.

      Tried to get tickets for Miami Fleet Week three days in a row starting the second they were available (3 of us tried) and none of us were able to get tickets to any ship. We've gone to this event 4 years in a row when it was in *************** and never had any problems getting tickets. This appears to be a scam to me and someone is siphoning off the tickets before they are available to the public.
