            I was using this service to send money to ******, after using this service for a while they locked my account. I called them and sent due to fraud I was no longer able to send money using this service. I asked them what I can do to find out what kind of fraud or how to clear this up. They told me there can be nothing done and will never be able to use the service again. SO I made another account but because my debit card information is associated with the account that is claimed to have fraud on, I am not able to make another account I called them to have them remove my debit card information and they refuse to help me

            Hi OFX team,I was specifically told that there were no fees associated with depositing or debiting funds from my account. However, Ive noticed a few dollars being deducted with every debit transaction. My OFX account is linked to my ******* where I make the debits from. This is a significant percentage of my business operations, and Im shocked to see such fees, especially without prior disclosure.I am extremely disappointed and feel misled by this situation. I request that all these fees be refunded immediately. Furthermore, I find it concerning that these charges are not transparently displayed on the platform, only becoming apparent through email notifications. This lack of transparency feels both sneaky and dishonest.These charges need to be refunded and the fees eliminated, or I will be forced to take my business elsewhere. I also plan to file a formal complaint if this issue is not resolved *********** you can understand, it is frustrating to encounter such issues while trying to run a business. I expect a swift and satisfactory resolution.I am happy to change my review on BBB upon a positive response.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
