We've been a customer of ********************** for roughly 4 years, and they recently made the decision to terminate our account without any warning. They chose to do this two days before our monthly payroll was to go out, forcing us to scramble to be able to pay a number of our employees.The reason given was that our transaction history gave us a risk profile that was beyond their acceptable threshold.This would be fair, and no one is obligated to provide services to us, but our transactions have maintained the same pattern since the beginning of our time as a client. At the very least, this doesn't reflect well on the competence of their compliance department.I understand how critical compliance is for any firm moving money - we work with a number of firms who do so. But terminating the account of a long-time client without any kind of notice, when we haven't changed our behavior in any way, speaks poorly of them as a business.Our account **** ******* has always been extremely helpful and responsive, but I can't recommend OFX as a service.

OFX is a for-profit organization that provides services for transferring funds for customers nationally and internationally. As such OFX is not supposed to be a political group deciding to whom to provide services, and whom to reject. Last week I wanted to send a donation to DIGNITAS, a nonprofit organization that provides consultation and services to terminally ill patients. Forex decided to cancel my legal money transfer based on their self-conviction. This specifically relates to what they provide as a non-profit.Many thanks P OFX I urge people to protest against this practice of OFX since politics or religious conviction is "in the eye of the beholder" and OFX should not decide to whom to provide services based on its political or religious convictions.

I book spot on 3 Jan 22 and estimated delivery was 5 Jan 22, then they take time and then delivery time change to 10 Jan 22.Then on 13 Jan I got email of delivery but my client dont get any things. Now Im calling them and getting stupid excuses, blaming banks and holidays.After 3 Jan 22 their was no holidays
