            We have discovered unauthorized gift card sales by GiftRocket in *********'s name (***************************) online for a while ago. We had contacted them to stop doing that and they promise to stop but I still see it's still going on. This undermines our business and risks inconvenience to our loyal customers. Please cease these sales immediately and invalidate existing unauthorized gift cards. We expect a swift resolution to protect *********'s reputation and our customers' interests.

            They are telling me the gift expired, yet the businesses they list are still in business ( Amazon, Apple, REI, etc.) How can they just keep my money and tell me to pound sand. What a ripoff.
