This Request came from a Home Warranty Company with whom we have a Relationship with. The Home Warranty Company provided the Wrong Address when originally given this request. We reported out but was unable to locate Property because we were given the incorrect address. We follow the instructions of the warranty company and this is why the appointment was not made. This was to no fault of ours. This reflects the home warranty company. We follow instructions from them not the customer. The Home Warranty company informed us they were sending another company out. That is why we never made it.
