      Overcharged my card, We I complained, told me I have to check out tomorrow cause I been here almost 28 days and this wasn’t disclosed to me at check in and I feel like she is being racist towards me for speaking up, they were aware that I would be staying for more than 30 days and no other supervisor have told me that except her and only when I complain about my money missing for being over charged

      I booked a stay for 2/11/22-2/12/22. I arrived at the hotel at 3:25p to check in . I paid the $150 deposit at the front desk and went to the room. I stayed in the room until 6p and then left the hotel . I returned to the hotel between 9p-10p to CHECK OUT . I LEFT THE HOTEL and never spent the night . When I checked out I was not given a receipt because I booked through a third party . My deposit was returned the next day, 2/12/22. However , on 2/16/22 my card was then charged (without my knowledge) for $1,000 for a broken window . When I asked the general manager (Khari K.) to review the footage to confirm that I had NOT stayed at the hotel , he told me he didn't have the footage any more . I called corporate to complain, only to find out the room was booked and occupied by 3 people AFTER ME , yet I was charged . Corporate emailed me a receipt of my stay and it says I WAS CHECKED OUT BY KHARI K. (the general manager) WHOM IVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE , ON SATURDAY AT 1:06p. I was also told from Henry in corporate, that Mr K. had already booked the room to someone else at 7:38a Saturday morning . So how did he also check me out the room at 1:06p for the same day ? That would mean that TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE OCCUPIED THE ROOM AT THE SAME TIME . There wasn't a report on file for corporate to review for the property damage. When I asked Mr K. for a refund, he told me to "take it up with my bank because he isn't giving me my money back". How ironic that the hotel is also under renovation . Mr. K. is frauding customers of their money and refusing to give it back . Please help me get answers.
